BUYING

If you are buying or building a new home, I will give you 25% of my earned Buyer’s agency commission at your closing.

For example: On the purchase of a $250,000.00 home, assuming a 3% commission has been paid by the Seller, a total of $1,875.00 will be given to you at closing.

BUYING and SELLING

List your home for sale AND allow me to represent you in the purchase of your next property. We will sell your home for just 4.5%, paying the broker who is representing the buyer the full and customary 3%, keeping just 1.5%*

In addition, when you close on the purchase your new property I will refund 33% of my earned Buyer’s agency commission to you. This is commission paid by the seller that I will give to you at closing.**

For example: Assuming the price of your next home is $300,000.00, and a Buyer’s agency commission of 3% has been paid by the Seller, you will receive $2,970.00.
